Plant designed for treating printing ink and glue wastewater for the bag printing at one of Australia's largest paper bag processors.

Batch treatment with the single shot chemical process allows for free dewatering without mechanical means.

This plant is treating wastewater containing ink and glue (starch) at one of Australia's largest cardboard carton manufacturers.

The plant consists of a balance tank under level control with chemical inline coagulation pH control and polymer flocculation followed by DAF (Dissolved Air Flotation), sludge dewatering is also employed to minimise water content. PLC control allows for ease of operation and changes in process when required.
