PAINT BATCH WASH DOWN SYSTEM

Plant designed to treat wash down water used to clean batch paint tanks for a leading paint supplier.

Process preforms 2000L batch when the waste water holding tank reaches a set level. The material is flocculated within the batch tank and then pumped onto a gravity bed filter to dewater the sludge.
