METAL FINISHING & TREATMENT PLANT

Plant designed for treating Chrome, Nickel and Copper Rinses from one of Australia's largest chrome plating facilities.

The process operates on a continual basis. Initially reducing Chrome 6 to Chrome 3 using a redusing agent, then under pH control precipitating the Chrome, Nickel and Copper out of solution. A plate separator in conjunction with a polymer is then used to clarify the water. The sludge is then dewatered in a filter press.
