CHICKEN PROCESSING PLANT

The chicken processing plant is a secondary processing plant for chicken pieces with a screening facility and 350kl fully mixed and aerated balance tank, full chemical physical treatment under PLC control using a 50kl/h AJM EnviroDAF unit with coagulation and polymer flocculation. The system is a vary flow design with 0-50kl/h flow rate ability.

Dewatering with a 1 meter belt press and screw discharge to solids skip.
