SEMI & FULLY AUTOMATIC: Polymer is used to assist separation in
many water and wastewater treatment processes. For polymer
to be used successfully as a separation aid, it will require
to be made up to a mixture in batches from its neat form
to an aqueous solution. This allows the polymer to become
fully active and in this state, the polymer can be stored
for around 7 days. There are different levels of automation
available from a moderate level of operator input to fully
automatic systems.
