CONTROL SYSTEMS:

As water and wastewater treatment plants always require a certain level of control, we here at K2 Corporation have established an in-house specialists team of electrical and control system designers and manufacturer low voltage electrical switchboards.

Switchboards, control panels and motor control centres are generally designed to K2's high quality specifications, however customer specifications are adhered to when requested.

Switchboards are fabricated in stainless steel or mild steel coated enclosures to IP54-IP56 when required for outdoor applications. The majority of MCC's operate via PLC although basic relay logic designs are applied for some smaller applications. Other options available are operator interface panels, SCADA and UPS. All designs are conducted in accordance with AS3000 or other appropriate standards and codes.

All programming and design for our switchboards and control panels is conducted in house which allows our service team to attend to service calls promptly and efficiently often without leaving the office.
